Notwithstanding the potential risk, you specifically consent to Neighbourhood Alert's transmitting such information electronically if you choose either delivery option for your membership registration, updates to your file or broadcasting of a Missing Person or Pet Alert.
COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS AND OTHER CONTENT
You may send or submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions or other information to Neighbourhood Alert through this Site provided that the content, does not infringe on any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
- does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
- is not defamatory or libelous;
- is not obscene, pornographic or otherwise contrary to the laws of Canada;
- does not consist of or contact software viruses; and
- does not contact political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of “spam”.
You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity or otherwise mislead as to the origin of the content.
Neighbourhood Alert reserves the right, but not the duty, to edit or remove any content that you send or submit to Neighbourhood Alert through this Site and our Facebook Page.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
You shall maintain the confidentiality of your membership account and password, as well as for restricting access to your computer. You shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use this Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Neighbourhood Alert reserves the right to refuse service, terminate membership or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF INFORMATION
You agree to receive and respond in a timely manner to our annual contact information maintenance request, sent to you through email, post and phone if required. You agree to confirm and/or maintain the accuracy of your contact Information registered with Neighbourhood Alert upon registration, and with each annual anniversary date of your file.
SUSPENSION OF MEMBERSHIP
In the event that you fail to pay the membership fees on time, member benefits will be suspended until payment is received in full. Suspension may also occur in the event that there has been questionable activity with your file, or access to it.
DELETION OF MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
Your membership will be deleted for non-payment.
